In recent years, NBA star Damian Lillard has been making waves not only on court but also in the music industry.
Well, under his artist name, Dame D.O.L.L.A., Lillard has released his fifth studio album, “Don D.O.L.L.A.” on Friday, Aug. 18.
Through his own very founded label “ Front Page Music.”
This 15-track mixtape featured notable artists such as Rick Ross and Lil Wayne.
Back on August 4th, Lillard, announced the upcoming release of his fifth album, titled “Don D.O.L.L.A.”
However, the highly anticipated album is said to be his most complete project to date.

In an Instagram caption announcing the release, Lillard expressed his enthusiasm and confidence in the quality of his new album.
Fast forward to Thursday, and the wait was finally over.
Lillard dropped the pre-save link to his new album “Don D.O.L.L.A.” on his social media platforms, including X.
This move allowed his followers to save the album in advance, ensuring they would be among the first to enjoy the highly anticipated music once it officially launched.

Meanwhile, during an interview with Variety back in 2020, Lillard shared the story behind his artist name.
” My college roommates called me Dame Dolla, and then I decided to use it as my rap name,” he told Variety.
” But I turned “Dolla” into an acronym — It stands for different on levels the Lord allows.”
