The Dallas Cowboys’ talented rookie wide receiver, David Durden, suffered a knee injury during Wednesday night’s practice.
While he was being carted off the field, his teammates expressed their concerns and well wishes.
Well, with Durden reportedly going to be out for the season, this injury comes at a very bad point of time, especially after the Cowboys recently lost a pair of other rookies, including DeMarvion Overshown and John Stephens Jr., to season-ending knee injuries.
However, a video posted of the play indicates that Durden simply tripped awkwardly while working in a one-on-one drill against star cornerback Trevon Diggs.

After spending two years at Mercer, Durden transferred to West Florida where he played for three seasons. During his senior year, he put up an impressive show scoring 13 touchdowns and leaving a significant mark as a punt returner.
