FOX Sports continues to add former members of the New England Patriots and teammates of future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady. After bringing in Rob Gronkowski as an analyst, FOX has also decided to add Julian Edelman to their Sunday NFL Kickoff show according to The 33rd Team’s NFL Insider Ari Meirov.

While Edelman and Gronkowski have proven to be well-spoken and intelligent individuals, their additions to the FOX team seem calculated. Brady is set to join FOX Sports’ broadcasting network for the 2024 season after signing a 10-year, $375 million contract with the company.

At 45 years old, Brady retired from the NFL this offseason after being eliminated in the NFC Wild Card Round of last year’s playoffs by the Dallas Cowboys. Brady is the winningest quarterback in the history of the NFL, having won seven Super Bowls throughout his notorious 23-year career.

While Brady retired this season, he felt it was best to give himself a year to prepare before stepping into the broadcast booth. “I want to be great at what I do, and that always takes some time and strategizing and learning and growing and evolving,” said Brady on Colin Cowherd’s talk radio show The Herd.

When the time comes for Brady, it will be exciting to see his former teammates alongside him in the broadcasting booth. Fans of the Patriots during the Brady/Edelman/Gronkowski days will feel a sense of nostalgia as soon as they see the three of them together.
