Aaron Rodgers made his successful preseason debut on Saturday night at Met Life Stadium, and received a standing ovation from the fans as he entered the stadium.
The Jets won the match against the Giants with a score line 32-24.
Rodgers helped his new team defeat the Giants 32-24 by tossing a 14-yard touchdown pass to Garrett Wilson to end their second and final series.

In what was his first preseason game since 2018, Rodgers played two series, tossed a touchdown pass, and was not injured.
According to ESPN, he said, “I got in, didn’t get hurt, scored,” “A good night.”
The head coach of the New York Jets, Robert Saleh, decided to add Rodgers to the concluding preseason match as he wanted him to get settled with the stadium and the team.
Saleh said, “It was good for him; he needs that,”
“He needs a little bit of that action. It shows he’s still got mobility, he’s still got legs. We’ve been seeing it all camp.”
The four-time NFL MVP began his slow and, steadily while ensuring that he doesn’t encounter any danger.
Rogers’, concluding pass was to Wilson, NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year for 2022, finishing with a touchdown pass.
Wilson regarding the incredible throw said, “Just a great throw from Aaron,”
“He’s so precise and has an answer to everything we see. So I just have to do my job at that point and make the catch.”
The Giant’s home game had an ecstatic amount of Jets fans as well, and regarding the moment, he expressed, “Yeah, I had some butterflies, for sure,”
“I think that’s always normal. The first time I step on the field, it’s the standard, whether it’s year one playing the San Diego Chargers or year 19 in the preseason.”
