Controversial former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown has once again started a feud with media members.
Known for his outspoken nature, Brown took aim at NFL news aggregator and BroBible writer Dov Kleiman, seemingly in response to a TMZ story about a warrant issued for his arrest over non-payment of child support.
“Fuvk the bitch ass reporter who ever wrote the story! you Mf don’t know shit about me ! where I came from what I been through!!!”, Brown posted on “X” (Twitter) on Monday.
It remains unclear why Brown chose to address this issue a week after the story broke, and the specific aspects he disputes are not apparent.
While TMZ’s reporting on the warrant has not been challenged elsewhere, Brown’s comments regarding the warrant being a “check that comes from social security” lack coherence.
Additionally, it is worth noting that Kleiman was not the sole reporter covering the arrest warrant story, making it unclear why Brown singled him out with derogatory language.
Kleiman responded to the situation highlighting the differences in retweet numbers between his aggregation and TMZ’s tweets.
He also pointed out that his use of the phrase “to be arrested” differed from other outlets, emphasizing that the arrest could be avoided with a $20,000 payment, as was the case with a previous arrest warrant involving Brown and unpaid child support.
This incident is not the first time Kleiman’s aggregation style has drawn criticism, as his tweets often gain significant attention despite not directly linking to the original stories.
Such situations have led to him receiving backlash that should have been directed at the original reporters.
In addition to Kleiman, Brown also targeted his former Pittsburgh Steelers teammate and current ESPN analyst, Ryan Clark. Brown referred to Clark as a “b****” and accused him of making statements and then apologizing.
