During an MLB game between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Boston Red Sox, a seemingly romantic gesture took a twist when a girl rejected her boyfriend’s unconventional gummy ring proposal.
As the boyfriend dropped to one knee and presented his girlfriend with what appeared to be a gummy candy in the shape of a ring, the proposal took an abrupt detour when the girlfriend’s initially beaming smile morphed into a look of disappointment.
“What the f**k is wrong with you?” the girlfriend yelled.
The girlfriend’s emotional reaction escalated further as she slapped her boyfriend in his face and tossed a drink.

The jilted partner stood drenched as the video ended abruptly.
According to sources cited by the New York Post, the gummy ring was just the appetizer, and the man had meticulously planned to follow up the initial joke with a “real” engagement ring. The boyfriend at the MLB game was allegedly spotted with the smaller box in his left pocket which might have contained the real ring.
