Recently, Olympic gymnastics legend Simone Biles showed her unwavering support for her newlywed husband, Jonathan Owens, during his debut with the Green Bay Packers.
Despite the challenges of a long-distance marriage, where Biles is preparing for her gymnastics comeback and Owens embarks on his first preseason with the Packers in Wisconsin, their love remains strong.
On August 16, Simone took to Instagram to express her admiration, posting a photo of the couple sharing a passionate kiss at the Packers-Bengals game in Cincinnati.
Her caption, “Long distance isn’t easy, but seeing you play your heart out is so worth it. I’m so proud of you, baby,” struck a chord with fans.
However, the outpouring of love was met with some backlash from critics who questioned Simone’s public displays of affection,
Fans expressed concern that she might become a “meet my man at the tunnel wife,” while others brought up her past relationship with retired professional wrestler Stacey Ervin Jr.

She clinched her eighth national championship at the recent San Jose, California, championships and is now back home, basking in the glory of her victory alongside Owens.
