Team USA defeated Italy in the 2023 FIBA World Cup quarterfinals and made heads turn with their more-than-30-point dominance. The score was 100-63.
After losing to Lithuania in their previous game, it was a fantastic and critical performance by the highly talented players of the U.S. team.
Mikal Bridges stole the show with 24 points and seven rebounds in the game against Italy.
The Pacers’ point guard Tyrese Haliburton contributed 18 points, becoming the second point scorer.

The crowd gave one of its loudest cheers for Austin Reaves’ putback dunk during the game, which was one of his highlights.
Reaves, the LA Lakers guard, finished as Team USA’s third-highest scorer with 12 points, three assists, and four rebounds.
Steve Kerr’s incredibly talented squad will now face Germany in the semi-finals. The FIBA World Cup final will be held on Sunday, September 10th, in Manila’s Mall of Asia Arena.
