Jasson Dominguez has been performing out of this world of late, and it is no surprise to see “The Martian” do an ET ‘Phone Home’ moment.

The ‘Pinstripers’ latest signing had never been inside the Yankee Stadium before last night but played to the Creature Bleachers with perfect timing.
The Yanks beat the Tigers 5-1 in another impressive display, as they pull level with a 69-69 record.

After their nine-game losing streak through the middle of August, there was talk of the New York team on the verge of firing everyone.
Now the Yankees are catching up to the Red Sox in the AL East Conference.
Another win against the third placed (AL Central) Tigers will go a long way in salvaging a potentially devastating season for the Yankees.
