Miami radio host Dan Le Batard has been very open about his opinions toward fellow media/television personality Stephen A. Smith. The two have been involved in an ongoing feud ever since Le Batard hosted Smith on his podcast series titled South Beach Sessions.
During that podcast segment, Le Batard said: "I hate what you two have done to sports television," referring to Smith and his former co-host Skip Bayless.
Le Batard believes that Smith and Bayless’ roles in debate television have negatively impacted sports television. Smith and Bayless have become known for their outspoken and relentless personalities when it comes to speaking about sports on national television. Furthermore, Le Batard recently made comments blasting the ridiculousness of ESPN’s First Take.
In response to Le Batard’s recent comments, Smith addressed him personally when Le Batard made an appearance on The Stephen A. Smith Show: "You talked about the show being dumb… have you seen some of the stuff that happens on the Dan Le Batard Show?"

The two share a mutual friend in American television personality Michael Wilbon, and Wilbon seemed to take Smith’s side in this argument. Smith referenced a recent phone call he had with Wilbon in which the latter stated: ‘We both love Dan [Le Batard], he’s our brother, but you tell his sanctimonious a** to calm down."
Because all of Smith, Le Batard, and Wilbon have been long-time friends, colleagues, and associates, it is interesting to see how brutally honest they are with one another on a national platform.
