San Francisco 49ers fans, star defensive lineman Nick Bosa has officially been activated and is back on the team’s active roster.

After an extended period of negotiation and uncertainty, Nick Bosa and the 49ers were able to resolve their contract dispute.
Bosa had been on the reserve/did not report list, but the breakthrough agreement ensured his return to the team’s active roster ahead of their game against the Steelers.
Despite limited practice time this summer, Bosa expressed confidence in his ability to handle his regular workload.
In the 2021 season opener, his first game back from a torn ACL, Bosa played an impressive 51 out of 90 defensive snaps.
To accommodate Bosa’s return, the 49ers made roster adjustments.
Defensive lineman Austin Bryant was cut from the team to provide a spot for Bosa. Additionally, Bosa’s return to the active roster means that the team is now able to promote him from the practice squad.
In preparation for the upcoming game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the 49ers have elevated linebacker Curtis Robinson and defensive lineman Austin Bryant.
