His injury was initially questionable, and according to Ian Rapoport, he will have to go for an MRI in order to confirm the injury.

Before departing the game, Dobbins had eight carries for 22 yards and a touchdown.
Dobbins was replaced by Justice Hill as he hobbled off the pitch with assistance from some Ravens staff.
The running back was a 2020 second-round pick and had a promising rookie season. In his rookie season, he rushed for 805 yards and nine touchdowns.
A ruptured ACL caused Dobbins’s 2021 season to stop in the preseason. He was only able to play in eight games in 2022. The running back in that half-season completed 520 yards and two touchdowns.
Pushing himself further, he demonstrated that he still had effectiveness after an injury. An Achilles tear would be terrible for Dobbins and the Ravens and further diminish their depth in the upcoming games.
