At the Sunday’s, Los Angeles Chargers vs. Miami Dolphins game, AI robots from the upcoming sci-fi drama “The Creator” made an interesting appearance.
As images of the AI robots in the crowd at SoFi Stadium went viral, Sports Illustrated reported on the unusual sight.
However, Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs’ star quarterback Patrick Mahomes, wasn’t as thrilled about the futuristic spectacle.
Next, she took to her Instagram Story to express her thoughts on the matter.
In a brief but direct statement, she questioned the NFL’s decision, saying,
“I mean why? That’s a hell nahhhh.”
Clearly, she was spooked by the presence of these AI creations.
The AI robots, part of a brilliant publicity stunt for the forthcoming sci-fi drama “The Creator,” added an element of science fiction to the real-world football showdown.
The film, written and directed by Gareth Edwards, whose previous credits include “Monsters,” “Godzilla,” and “Rogue One,” explores the cautionary tale of AI’s power and influence in society.
“The Creator” boasts an impressive cast, including John David Washington, Gemma Chan, Ken Watanabe, Allison Janney, and Madeleine Yuna Voyles.
The film is set to hit theaters on September 29, 2023.
