In a viral video circulating the internet, Glab was seen discussing who would be available to take up media interviews, candidly mentioning Stefon Diggs and safety Micah Hyde. She remarked, “There’s no control over Stefon Diggs, he’s gonna do what he wants to do, he’ll look me right in my face and say FU, that’s how he treats everybody”
After the video went viral and stirred controversy, Glad took to the social media platform, X and issued an apology admitting her wrongdoing. She stated, “I should not have said what I said, and I apologize for that, Stef is not in the wrong I am”.

Maddy Glad was late seen admitting her involvement in the video. She even went ahead and applauded Digg’s high spirits and willingness to be involved and engaged with the media. She clarified that what she meant by ‘control’ in her statement was solely an indication towards Digg’s free-spirited nature.
The incident occurred before Digg’s planned media appearance and after the Bills lost their season opener against the Jets, a game in which Diggs recorded ten receptions,102 yards and a touchdown.
