Patriots to Unleash 80s Throwback Uniforms Against Dolphins

The New England Patriots will showcase their new blazing red uniform in the NFL season of 2023.

The team will debut their red jerseys for their Sunday Night Football game against the Miami Dolphins this week.

With this the fans will get our first glimpse at them this season.

According to the Patriots, the team had earlier announced that they would wear their 80s jersey twice in 2023 season.

The current throwback, which was worn in two games in 2022—a win over Detroit and a loss to Buffalo—is based on the outfit that the team wore from 1984 to 1992. The white “Patriot” helmet completes the historically accurate aspect of the uniforms.

They will face the Miami Dolphins who are coming strong after defeating the Los Angeles Chargers and the score was 36-34.

The Patriots will therefore need to play at their highest level if they want to contain Miami’s explosive offense.
