In a 34-28 victory over the Minnesota Vikings on September 14, the Philadelphia Eagles emerged victorious.
However, it was an expected off-field question that stole the postgame spotlight.
Eagles’ star center, Jason Kelce, found himself in an awkward position when he was asked about the swirling rumors regarding his brother and Kansas City Chiefs Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs, and his alleged romantic involvement with pop sensation Taylor Swift.
During the post-game show, Sports Analyst and retired NFL star, Tony Gonzalez, seemingly aware of the rampant speculation, broached the subject:
“I’ve been hearing rumors… Can you comment on this?”
Jason Kelce, caught off guard by the query, responded by saying:
“I’ve seen these rumors. I cannot comment.”
However, Kelce didn’t leave the matter entirely untouched.
Sr. Kelce acknowledged that the fascination with his brother’s romantic life has been ongoing since Travis Kelce’s appearance on the E! reality show “Catching Kelce” back in 2016.
He shared, “I don’t really know what’s going on there,” referring to the swirling rumors and curiosity surrounding his romantic escapades.
One thing Kelce did make clear is that he’s enjoying the ride.
As for what the future holds in terms of Kelce’s love life, he remained optimistic, stating, “We’ll see what happens with whoever he ends up with.”
