Tyreek Hill didn’t hold back his feelings about the Gillette Stadium crowd following the Miami Dolphins’ 24-17 road victory over the New England Patriots on Sunday night.

When asked about his emotions after defeating a division rival on their home turf, the Dolphins wide receiver had some strong words for Patriots fans, stating, “Oh, it felt, it felt tremendous, man. Those, those fans are some of the worst fans in the NFL, and I’m gonna stand on that man because they are real nasty, and some of the things that they were saying wasn’t … I wouldn’t say in church. So, yeah, it felt great to wave goodbye to the fans, and I’ll do it again. Bye!”

While we did not see Hill delving deeper into what may have triggered his response, one thing is for sure, his comments are likely to evoke strong emotions from Patriot supporters.

In the game, Hill managed to catch a 2-yard touchdown pass but was otherwise held relatively in check by New England’s defense, recording five catches for 40 yards on nine targets. Notably, Hill has struggled to surpass 65 receiving yards in five of his last six encounters with the Patriots.

Despite the performance, Hill and the Dolphins secured the victory that night, prompting the Pro Bowl wide receiver to deliver a parting shot to Patriots fans as he departed Foxboro.
