A viral video clip released on X shows Panthers defensive lineman Deerrick Brown squaring up to Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas, but the pair were separated before any punches were thrown.
The Saints won a niggly match 20-17 in week 2, and the tension boiled over to the stadium tunnel. The Panthers went 0-2 wjile the Saints picked up back-to-back wins to sit pretty in a tough NFC South Division.
The match was fraught with niggly drama and in a video shot by a fan, WR Thomas is seen mouthing off at the Bank of America Stadium, before Brown comes into focus.

Thomas made light of the incident on social media saying, “They tried to set me up,” following the message up with a couple of laughing emojis.
The incident did not look all that cozy, and the two were separated, and the team’s next encounter is on December 14, and the incident will no doubt be brought up on the field.
