“Shedeur ain’t no backseat rider, he drives his Maybach” Deion Sanders on if his son will declare himself for the 2024 NFL Draft

The Colorado Buffaloes star quarterback Shedeur Sandres will not be going to the 2024 draft, according to his father, and Boulder college coach Deion Sanders.

Prime Time spoke to Bleacher report and said he [Shedeur] will not be going to the 20024 draft as he does not want to be number 2, ostensibly behind overall number one pick Caleb Williams.

"Shedeur don’t want to be two to nobody. He won’t go down like that," said Sanders.

"So you know people prospecting him behind Caleb Williams is phenomenal, but Shedeur ain’t no backseat driver. He drives his Maybach.

"He doesn’t have a driver in it – he drives it," he added.

Williams is the highly rated SCU Trojans quarterback, who is hotly tipped going into next year’s draft.

He won the Heisman Trophy, the Maxwell Award, the Walter Camp Award and was named an All-American (all in 2022).

Head coach of the Buffaloes Sanders has led the team to a perfect 3-0 start to the new season, with Shedeur leading the line brilliantly with record-breaking performances. He has now become the first player in a decade to throw at least 10 passes when pressured in three successive games.

He has a quarterback rating of 80.0 in his first three games, with 10 TD’s and throwing for 1,251 yards.

The Buffaloes will next take on SCU (Williams’ team) in week 4, before matches against Oregon and Arizona.

If Coach Prime and his Maybach-driving son can lead the team to 6-0 against such high-quality opposition, the blazing hot noise will only increase – not just in Colorado, but on every pod, blog, outlet, and airwave.

They will have to play the next three games without star WR and CB Travis Hunter after suffering a thundering late hit against Colorado State.
