Watch: DeWanna Bonner Leads Connecticut Sun to fifth Semifinals, Makes WNBA History

The Connecticut Sun defeated the Minnesota Lynx with a score of 90-75.

This is the Sun’s fifth consecutive trip to the semifinals after this victory and is tied for the longest active record in the league.

In addition to being shorter than in the NBA, the defenses and strategies are a little bit more difficult to exploit.

DeWanna Bonner has recently made history with her 1,000 points and 500 rebounds in the playoffs. She has become the third player to accomplish this incredible feat.

Scoring these points during the postseason is a prized accomplishment that most players strive for but infrequently achieve, but Bonner has left it all and has etched her name permanently in WNBA history.

Bonner played her 76th playoff game when the Connecticut Sun defeated the Minnesota Lynx. She is the most active player, with the most playoff appearances.

The prominent player, Bonner, concluded her night with 25 points, 6 assists, and 10 rebounds. Bonner is one of the best shooters the league has ever seen, and she is still demonstrating this even now, in the latter stages of her career.

According to WNBA,

DeWanna Bonner officially moves to 7th on the All-Time Playoffs Three Pointers list with 86”.
