Smith said on the ESPN show, First take,
“Let me tell you something right now. The Chicago Bears are trash, let’s just call it what it is. They are not a good organization. It’s a damn shame they represent the City of Chicago. They stink.”
The Chi Sports tweeted the comment Smith made on the Bears and Brisker, the second-year safety, noticeably liked the post on Twitter.
Brisker seems to be a team leader and highly doubtful that he agrees with Smith, or that he is just using it as motivation for the team.
According to Bears beat reporter Nicholas Moreano’s Tweets, he suggested why Bear’s Safety liked the tweet, he tweeted,
“Brisker just really loves the noise. Love everything about it. Just favorited that tweet just so I could remember exactly what they said, Stephen A. said. They’re going to swallow their words pretty soon, so that’s the reason why I favorited the tweet. Really for me, it’s to motivate me even more even though I’m already motivated, but I love hearing noises like that.”
The 2023 new season has been a rough beginning for the Bears, it’s unclear whether Brisker was agreeing with Smith or using the quote as motivation.
As per the latest updates from the report, it is safe to say Brisker liked the post of Smith calling the team as trash for motivation.
