Young injured his ankle this week and will not be expected to play joining the likes limited participants at Thursday’s practise outside linebackers Brian Burns (ankle) and Justin Lang calf. Running back Miles Sanders was also seen nursing a pectoral injury.
The Panthers signed Jake Luton to the practise squad on Wednesday.
Young is expected to be ready for the week 4 match-up against the Vikings.
