Carolina Panthers safety Xavier Woods is anticipated to be out for 4-6 weeks after suffering a hamstring injury during the 37-27 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

Their cornerback, Jaycee Horn, is already on the injured reserve list as he sustained a hamstring injury. According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, the Panthers anticipate Woods to be out for 4-6 weeks.

Woods was injured when he attempted to shove Seahawks wideout DK Metcalf out of bounds after a 34-yard reception. He was labelled as doubtful to return at first, but that was modified to out.
