Maggie & Perloff Move to Mornings on CBS Sports Radio, Amendolara to SiriusXM

The parent company of CBS Sports Radio, Audacy, has announced that the show Maggie & Perloff, which stars Andrew Perloff and Maggie Gray in the afternoons, will now air in the mornings.

Now SiriusXM has also announced that, in addition to Morning Men vet Mike Babchick, CBS Sports Radio morning anchor Damon Amendolara will move his The D.A. Show to their 6-9 a.m. ET morning hour.

This represents the continuation of the current wave of adjustment for the national radio morning shows.

According to BSM Media, Maggie Gray had worked on WFAN and with CBS Sports Radio. She also worked on Sports Illustrated and hosted the daily digital talk show “SI NOW”. Gray had also worked with NBA TV, MSG Networks, and MLB.com.

Perloff, who has previously worked with The Dan Patrick Show, joined Audacy last year.

Additionally, Perloff was an editor and contributing writer for Sports Illustrated.

Spike Eskin, Sports Format Vice President, Audacy; Brand Manager, CBS Sports Radio and WFAN, said, “Maggie and Perloff are going to be awesome in the morning,”

“The way the show has grown and evolved over the last couple of years is so exciting, and we’re really looking forward to bringing their special mix of opinions, interviews and fun to the morning.”

Gray also shared, “We are so honored to be taking over this prestigious time slot,”

“I truly believe the connection with listeners in the morning is the deepest. We’re excited to be part of their morning routine, and getting the day off to a great start!”
