The Minnesota Vikings at the start of the season are down to 0-3 while the Viking quarterback Kirk Cousins is having a great season.
As of now, Cousins has thrown for 1,075 yards, nine touchdowns, and two interceptions in three games with a passer rating of 108.2.

On the latest episode of The Herd with Colin Cowherd, he made a perfect analogy of Cousin’s phenomenal performance with the Vikings this season.
On the brief segment of the radio show covering the Vikings in the 2023 season, Cowherd said that Cousins is the ‘Nickelback’ of the NFL.
He feels Cousins is very much the same as the Canadian rock band, as no one wants to publicly admit how much they love Cousins.
He said on the show,
“Kirk Cousins is Nickelback, Nobody will publicly acknowledge they love ’em.”
He also added
“They sell 50 million records, they sell out their shows and everybody knows the words to their songs… There is value in having an edge. Kirk, no edge.”
Commenting on Cousins’ recent performance, Cowherd said,
“So, the Vikings are 0-3. Kirk Cousins is on pace to throw for 6,000 yards and 51 TDs. Cousins isn’t toxic, he’s never hurt, always available, always classy, always productive.”
“He’s having an unbelievable year, his career numbers are 67% completion percentage. His completion percentage is fifth all-time.”
He also added,
“His passer rating is seventh all-time, yards per game 10th, TD interception ratio 11th, Cousins is going to break NFL records. Find somebody that loves him.”
