After the win, former Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay tweeted this about the Denver Broncos’ wide receivers., he posted
“Where are the receivers!! All that money out there to be no-shows.”
Broncos current wide receiver Jerry Jeudy did not hold on to the tweet made by former Denver Broncos player, he responded in an epic way.
He replied,
“Glad you got to watch the game from the crib, fam.”
The beef did not end here as Lindsay also responded to the thread, he commented,
“So you’re mad at me cuz you’re getting paid all that money to catch a couple balls, huh.”
In the aftermath of the beef, Jeudy posted a tweet saying,
“As a receiver you should know how this football shxt go, but it was good win doe”
This time former Denver receiver Rod Smith was seen replying to the Lindsay’s tweet, Smith posted,
“I know how it goes, What I agreed with was, when he said no shows. That’s on the coaching. Get the playmakers the ball. At that point in the game, you guys had no targets. Or only 1.”
Lindsay and Smith are reportedly known to believe that the Broncos are in need of receiving help.
As for the Broncos win on Sunday, Jeudy managed to end the day with three receptions for 52 yards on five targets.
