They became the first team to reach the 100th win in multiple seasons. The team secured a hundred wins in the years 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
The group also made history by becoming the seventh group to have three straight seasons with at least 100 victories.
The Dodgers became the first team to have four straight complete seasons with 100 or more wins, not including the 2020 season, which was compressed due to the pandemic. The Dodgers have claimed four National League West championships since 2019.
According to the MLB, Freddie Freeman, Dodgers first baseman, said, "From start to finish, I feel like a lot of the outside noise was doubting us this year, not the inside, in this clubhouse in Spring Training,"
"I don’t think winning 100 games surprises anybody in this clubhouse, but to do it when — I mean, we have one guy [currently] in the starting rotation that was in Spring Training. … We’ve faced a lot of ups and downs, and we rose above it and got to 100 wins."
The manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Dave Roberts, also mentions, "To go through a season with all that we went through and still come out with 100 wins, that’s very commendable and certainly there are a lot of people that get a lot of credit for that,"
"To see where we’re at and the position we put ourselves in says a lot about that group."
The Dodgers were able to piece forth one of their finest offensive campaigns in team history.
