76ers star shooting guard James Harden is desperate to move to the Clippers and the latest transfer news is more encouraging than it was earlier in the week.
Fresh off Damian Lillard’s sensational move away from the Trailblazers to the Milwaukee Bucks, Harden is as keen to move LA as a small-town beauty queen.
Harden is a seasoned veteran, legend even, and by rights teams should be falling over their laces for his signature.
But with less trade talks than a dry dock, it seemed Harden would have to stay in Philadelphia this season.
According to a league insider, who seem to know more than the players themselves said,
“The Clippers are going to great lengths to make it happen”.
More sources reveal that the Clippers are chatting to a host of teams in the usual hustle of future pick swaps at forthcoming drafts.
The deal is closer to reality for the three-time NBA scoring champion and two-time league assist winner.
The 10-time NBA All Star has been rather picky of late making moves to from the Rockets to the Nets and then 76ers in a four-year span.
He is not getting younger so the Clippers will want to secure his services for an immediate push for the playoffs and the NBA title.
