The Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars recently battled it out in London in a Sunday morning NFL game.
One interesting moment occurred late in the first half when Bills quarterback Josh Allen audibly shouted “LeBron James!” to change the offensive play.

I wonder what that "LeBron James" audible Josh Allen yelled out meant 🤔 . LOL 😂

Ultimately, the Bills executed a pass play that Allen completed to wide receiver Gabe Davis, resulting in a gain of 10 yards.
However, the Bills’ social media team made it appear as if the play had resulted in a touchdown.
While this may seem misleading, it actually aligns perfectly with the “LeBron James” theme.

LeBron James, a highly famous and affluent athlete, has a tendency to make controversial statements on social media. Perhaps the Bills were simply playing along with this idea.
This raises an intriguing question about the meaning behind the Buffalo Bills’ audible call.
Could it be a special play intended to provoke a penalty from the defense? After all, no one in American sports exaggerates and overreacts quite like the dramatic “King” LeBron James.
Bills QB Josh Allen yelled "LeBron James" as an audible against the Jaguars. What did it mean? Was he begging for a flag pre-play? Suggesting the refs were out to get him?

Maybe Josh Allen is alerting his team that the defense will vigorously complain after the play and point out how biased the referees are against the Bills.
Both of these speculations would fall under the “LeBron James” category, adding an amusing twist to the audible call used by the Bills.
Being in London, it’s possible that Allen and the team are planning to establish a school for underperforming children while relying heavily on taxpayer money, just like LeBron James did.
This would be yet another clever nod to the name “LeBron James” during an NFL game.
Regardless of its true meaning, the fact remains that the Bills utilized this audible call.
However, their offense struggled for the majority of the game and ultimately didn’t perform well.
