The ten-time NBA All-Star and one of the most talented players to grace the court is James Harden and he has been in the news due to his trade talk.
It’s ‘increasingly likely’ James Harden will be on the Sixers’ roster on opening night, per @JakeLFischer

The shooting guard of the Philadelphia 76ers has also been strong-willed that the team he wants to be traded for is the Los Angeles Clippers.
However, the trade still needs to be solidified and Harden is now with the Clippers.
Being told by one source tonight that with Clippers still unwilling to include Terance Mann or additional draft capital during talks with Philadelphia in recent days, it’s increasingly likely James Harden will be on the Sixers’ roster to start the season next Thursday vs. Bucks. https://t.co/GnP47kg9BR

According to Jake Fischer, Senior NBA reporter, “Being told by one source tonight that with Clippers still unwilling to include Terance Mann or additional draft capital during talks with Philadelphia in recent days, it’s increasingly likely James Harden will be on the Sixers’ roster to start the season next Thursday vs. Bucks,”
The subject of question also remains whether Harden will engage further with the 76ers or not. It is fortunately great that Harden hasn’t had any issues thus far.
However, it might change at some point in the future as he comes to terms with the fact that, despite his fervent wishes to be dealt with, he isn’t going anywhere.
The Clippers have shown their interest in Harden; however, they want the 76ers star at a steep discount because Terance Mann is reportedly the trade-breaking piece.
Mann is a good supporting player. Given that they are Harden’s only suitor, the Clippers are evidently prepared to play a tough game throughout the whole season.
“Sources tell me the Clippers have been offering one unprotected first-round pick and a pick swap for (James) Harden … The Sixers have been valuing Terance Mann as well as multiple first-round draft picks.”

According to Shams Charania of The Athletics, “Sources tell me the Clippers have been offering one unprotected first-round pick and a pick swap for (James) Harden,”
“… The Sixers have been valuing Terance Mann as well as multiple first-round draft picks.”
Daryl Morey, the president of the Sixers, demands that the Clippers give up their expiring contracts, a second first-round selection, and a future pick in return for Harden. The Los Angeles Clippers, however, have not expressed a willingness to give up more than one first-round pick.
In July, the Los Angeles Clippers made Harden’s salary offer to the Sixers along with an unprotected first-round selection and a pick exchange. Since the Philadelphia 76ers have prized Mann and several first-round selections, no deal has been reached.
