There is always a problem when a national football show becomes fan boys to one particular team, and this often leads to ratings drop.
The latest show to suffer from a ratings free fall is Undisputed, whose coverage of the Dallas Cowboys is verging on the obsessive.
The Dallas team may have an exciting line-up, are play off contenders and have famous cheerleaders buy there are another 31 teams with an equally strong support base.
Show host Skip Bayless has a well-known affection for the Cowboys and two hours of their last show was all about the Cowboys.
They did just come off an impressive if tight win against the Chargers on Monday Night Football but nine segments on the Jerry Jones owned team is a bit much, even for Bayless.
The panel did have two former Dallas players in Michael Irvin and Keyshawn Johnson.
Undisputed is in a ratings war with First Take and Bayless is a former Cowboys journalist so perhaps some objectivity was/is called for.
Come on Bayless, let’s Skip the Cowboys for a few minutes.
