Indeanapolis columnist calls out the Pat McAfee Show and Aaron Rodgers for spreading anti-vax disinformation

The Pat McAfee Show is not for anybody and is now in the spotlight after its many paid appearances by ‘anti vax’ proponent Aaron Rodgers.

This has drawn the ire of the likes of Indianapolis Star columnist Gregg Doyel, who knows McAfee from their Colts days together.

“Every Tuesday, Aaron Rodgers emerges from his rathole and looks around smugly, enjoying the smell of his own (breath), and says something really, really stupid about vaccines,” writes Doyel.

“And because we live in this cult of fame, liking and believing and even electing people only because they’re rich or famous, people believe Rodgers. So, he’s out there, every Tuesday, saying something that makes us less safe.”

Mcafee us one of ESPN’s big ratings earners but he is starting from the latest rebuke.

Rodgers has been reported to have turned from the thinking man’s quarterback to an ill-advised but well-paid lackey, calling the ‘woke mob’ and dissing the ‘cancel culture’.

Rodgers seemingly has a permanent platform to spout, and some analysts believe this is football and not a medical forum.

Rodgers, of the New York Jets is out for the season with an Achilles injury but is filling his time on media slots including the Pat McAfee Show.
