Is Miami Dolphins star wide receiver Tyreek over the ‘Hill’? The number crunchers rank him 32nd best wide receiver this season

Winston Churchill was said that the only statistics is a person can rely on are the ones they falsified themselves and this could be the case with Tyreek Hill

The Miami Dolphins wide receiver is on track to crack the mythical 2,000-yard season but ESPN analytics writer Seth Walder does not concur.

The stats boffins at ESPN believe Hill ranks 32nd in their yards after catch metric.

His colleague ESPN senior analytics specialist Brian Burke went a step further, stating that Hill’s lower than expected score is a result of the Dolphins’ style of play and offensive pattern.

Burke is the founder of Advanced Football Analytics and has been at the broadcaster for eight years.

"I think Hill is great, but somewhat one dimensional," said Burke.

"He’s a great fit for KC and now MIA, but he’s not a [Stefon] Diggs or [Justin] Jefferson or AJ Brown. He’s in a great situation. If teams could redraft all the WRs I doubt very seriously he’d be taken in the top 10," he concluded.

Hill has amassed 53 catches and run for 902 yards going into week 8 and is well on track to set a new season NFL record.

Miami fans will not be happy with the statistics, nor will Hill"s but numbers don"t lie, they just shade the truth.
