In a candid interview with PEOPLE Magazine, Kayla Nicole, former girlfriend of NFL star Travis Kelce, has opened up about her alleged strained friendship with Brittany Mahomes, in the wake of Travis’s budding romance with Taylor Swift.
Kayla didn’t mince her words, explaining that her decision to unfollow Brittany on Instagram and distance herself from certain people in the public eye was a necessary step for her own protection.

“It’s important to address this publicly because of the actions I’ve taken, such as unfollowing people on social media,” Nicole expressed. “The reality is that I know these people personally, and I’ve communicated with them in real life about the reasons behind my public choices. I maintain ongoing relationships with all parties involved.”
