Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams has faced a challenging season after suffering a torn ACL in Week 3 during a victory over the Minnesota Vikings.
However, there is some positive news regarding his recovery process.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, Williams underwent a successful knee surgery on Wednesday, and his expected to return in time for next year’s training camp.

Ever since becoming the No. 7 overall pick in the 2017 draft, Mike Williams has exhibited his potential as a top-tier receiver. Within his first two seasons in the league, he recorded over 1,000 yards in each campaign.
Despite his injury setbacks, Mike Williams has showcased exceptional talent in the field. He caught 19 passes for 249 yards with a touchdown in three games this season.
In 2022 season, he accumulated an impressive 63 receptions for 895 yards, along with four touchdowns.
