The first overall pick of the first round in the NHL Draft of 2023 by the Chicago Blackhawks, Connor Bedard, has created history in the match against the Arizona Coyotes.

According to ESPN Stats and Info, “Connor Bedard is the youngest player in NHL history (18-105) with a goal in the first 30 seconds of a game.”

In the first 30 seconds of the game, the rookie center scored a goal, marking his name forever in the history of the National Hockey League.

The other two players, Seth Jones and Kevin Korchinski, were also given credit for their surprisingly early assists in the game. However, the Blackhawks squad was later dominated in the game by the Coyotes and the concluding score was 8-1.

Bedard is one of the power players who will definitely shine through for the Chicago Blackhawks in the games moving forward and in the future as well. His presence also seemed to lift the team’s spirit and it was evident in his debut and in the season-opening game against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Through his assist in the Penguins game, Bedard made history in the Chicago Blackhawks franchise and became the second-youngest player to post a score in his NHL debut.

After more than ten days, Bedard was the frontrunner again, achieving another historical record. He scored a fantastic goal in the game, which was played against the Vegas Golden Knights, who are the Stanley Cup champions. By scoring the power play point, he became the youngest player in Blackhawks history to achieve that.

To date, Bedard has recorded two assists and four goals in the nine games played. However, incredible things can be expected from the rookie since he is achieving great feats with his astonishing plays and NHL debut.
