Fox Sports Analyst Chris Broussard Apologizes for ‘Inappropriate Language’ While Discussing James Harden’s Trade to the Clippers

The James Harden saga turned many eyes and some of the prominent brains have been trying to analyze the ins and outs of this trade.

Harden, the ten-time NBA All-Star, went from the Philadelphia 76ers to the Los Angeles Clippers, his destination squad.

Fox Sports analyst Chris Broussard questioned the trade and whether Harden will get the space to shine in the Los Angeles Clippers since the team is already packed. During his talk, he accidentally used a deflating word and later apologized for the usage of the word.

Broussard was joined by Kevin Wildes and Nick Wright and the trio was discussing the trade and further possibilities for Harden with the Los Angeles Clippers. On the show “First Thing First”.

Broussard said, “Is the man retarded?”

“Let me apologize for using that word. My first cousin, he died a few months ago, and he was developmentally disabled, so I didn’t mean to use that word. I apologize to the audience at home.”

As Broussard had used the word, other hosts were quick to show their object, and he retracted the word and then mentioned “developmentally disabled”. After that, he apologized for using such words to describe the players.

Harden’s trade was a long-standing one and recently, after so much happening, he was finally traded. With further clarity, it will be known when the talented NBA player will make his debut with the Clippers in the current NBA season.
