The Texas Rangers are on the verge of making history as they lead the World Series 3-1 against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

In Game 4, the Rangers secured an 11-7 victory, bringing them one step closer to their first-ever championship.

The standout performance came from Marcus Semien, who hit a three-run homer and drove in five runs. Corey Seager also contributed with a home run for the second consecutive game.

However, what makes the Rangers’ journey even more remarkable is the unprecedented feats they have achieved.

During Game 4, the Rangers became the first team in postseason history to score five or more runs with two outs in multiple innings.

They accomplished this in both the second and third innings, taking a commanding lead of 10-0 and 11-1. Although they allowed six runs in the final two innings, they held on for the win.

Now, the Rangers have their sights set on closing out the series and claiming their first-ever title. The decisive Game 5 will take place at Chase Field on Wednesday night.

The first pitch is scheduled for 8:03 p.m. ET, with Nathan Eovaldi representing the Rangers on the mound against Zac Gallen of the Diamondbacks.

This is a rematch of Game 1, which the Rangers won in extra innings.
