“Terrible engineer” – Klay Thompson roasts Draymond Green’s unimpressive paper plane during press conference

The five-time NBA All-Star Klay Thompson made a crucial addition to the match between the Golden State Warriors and the Sacramento Kings. The winning point was given by Thompson as they were successful in beating the Kings and the concluding score was 102-101.

The point of no return came in the last seconds of the game, as the Warriors were chasing the Kings by one point. The Kings were advancing on Curry with their defense, and then Thompson got a pass from Green and after dribbling in the left corner, he lifted the ball and fired, securing the most prominent point.

According to Yahoo Sports, Curry said, "Big, big, big shot for us and for him,"

Thompson also shared, "Anytime you hit a great game-winner, you’re going to feel on Cloud 9,"

"If someone isn’t, they’re lying to you. I feel amazing. I could have played better. But it’s a great win and I feel just wonderful."

In the press conference, Draymond Green discussed the rapport of the team members and then Green went on to imitate the paper planes Klay Thompson makes post-game.

However, Green"s paper plane was not up to par as compared to Klay Thompson"s, who makes incredible paper planes with accurate finesse. Thompson"s paper planes have the required edges. Green tried to fly that but unfortunately, comically, it went down early.

When Thompson came to the press conference, he was first asked about the plane made by Green and in response to the hilarious failure, he said, "So bad. That is terrible. That thing is not flying anywhere. We can have a throwing contest. Terrible engineer! Look at that[throws his plane]"

With the major point, Thompson was about to celebrate but Green caught him and embraced him in a tight hug. Stephen Curry also mentioned how Green caught Thompson just in time.

Curry mentioned, "Draymond caught him. He was ready to do something crazy, but Draymond bear-hugged him."

Green also said, "It was a huge play,"

"For him to not even let Harrison get that shot off, that’s a big play because you get the shot-clock violation, and you get to go down and let us get our offense set.

"Such a big play for us down the stretch. Usually, the basketball gods reward you when you make plays like that. When you’re making hustle plays, when you’re engaged, the basketball gods usually reward you."

Their head coach, Steve Kerr, also mentioned, "He’s obviously made a million big shots for us over the years,"

"But hitting one with .2 seconds left when you’re down, that’s a thrill for anybody, no matter how many times you’ve done it before."
