The Los Angeles Lakers were recently defeated by the Orlando Magic and the concluding score was 120-101. The Lakers stand in the season at 3-3, whereas the Magic are 4-2.
One of the superstars of the NBA and the Los Angeles Lakers, LeBron James, compared the situation of the Lakers to that of the Pittsburgh Steelers. James scored 24 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals.
"We got to try to figure it out, because it's definitely been a trend. Offensive rebounds and points off turnovers." LeBron James speaks on tonight's struggles against the Magic. pic.twitter.com/hN54VsF9dK

James shared, “We’re like the Pittsburgh Steelers right now,”
“The Pittsburgh Steelers right now have not out-gained or out-scored any of their opponents in this season right now and yet they’ve got a winning record.”
Anthony Davis was the star of the game, as he scored the most points with 28 points, 13 rebounds, 7 blocks, and 3 assists. From the side of the victorious Orlando Magic, Franz Wagner posted 26 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, and 1 block.
Paolo Banchero also scored 25 points, 7 rebounds, 10 assists, 1 steal, and 1 block. The start of the season for the Lakers cannot be said to be fruitful, as their struggle can be seen. The game against the Magic also reflected some of the points the Lakers need to work on if they want to survive and move ahead in the season.
After suffering the defeat, the Lakers now retain the 16th spot in the NBA rankings and the Pittsburgh Steelers have the current ranking of 29th in the NFL. The Laker’s average is 111.8 points per game, whereas the Steelers have 16.6.
In the current NFL season, the Steelers stand with a 5-3 score and have still won their games with additional difficulties. On Friday, they emerged victorious as they defeated the Tennessee Titans and the score was 20-16. However, the Steelers will also need to pay attention to their offense if they want to move forward in the current season.
Nevertheless, the comparison stands there, as the Los Angeles Lakers have managed to grab wins in the season so far but it can be said that the offense strategy and standings need refurbishment if they were to continue further in the competition.
According to Fadeaway World, Darvin Ham, the head coach of the Lakers, regarding the rebounding issues, said, “You can’t scheme rebounding,”
“You gotta wanna get the damn ball, plain and simple… There’s no play I can draw up to get more rebounds. There’s no play I can draw up to have more guys there.”
