Tom Aspinall clenched his gold and became the first British heavyweight to achieve that feat.
On the other hand, the arch-nemesis of Israel Adesanya, Alex Pereira, won the UFC light heavyweight championship, defeating Jirí Procházka.

According to ESPN Stats and Info, “Alex Pereira is the 3rd UFC fighter to become a 2-division champion at Madison Square Garden. He joins Conor McGregor and Georges St-Pierre.”
Alex Pereira to control the fight and further win, used repetitive elbow movements against Jirí Procházka. Pereira was able to capture his second UFC championship and it was his eighth match for the organization. Pereira won his middleweight title at MSG in November of last year and in that fight he injured Procházka.

Procházka had concluded his thirteen straight MMA matches with a win, as well as the first three wins in the UFC. In the history of the UFC league, Pereira became the ninth fighter to join the elite club and has won titles in two different weight classes.
Aspinall defeated Sergei Pavlovich in the opening round for the title of the heavyweight championship. The crowd packed for the ultimate fight was boisterous and the former president of the United States of America, Donald Trump, was sitting for the fight. The singer-songwriter and rapper Kid Rock was also in attendance.
Aspinall took home his career’s eleventh knockdown win. The Champ fighter, Aspinall, struck the upper part, i.e., the temple area of the Russian fighter, Pavlovich. He took control of the concluding fight with punches and sent Pavlovich to his defeat. At the end of the fight, the crow was completely elated for their newly crowned champion.
