“I just think they’re good at it” Chiefs HC Andy Reid about his thoughts on the Eagles’ ‘Tush-Push’ play

The Philadelphia Eagles are currently the 1st in the NFC East and are 8-1 in the current NFL season. The Eagles, however, are also delivering exemplary performances this season.

They defeated the Dallas Cowboys 28-23 and are a team known for their confidence and tenacity to achieve their victory. The team has won four NFL championships and one Super Bowl.

One of the most distinguished features of the team which has garnered enough attention is their furtive sneak play known as “Tush-Push”.

Regarding this, Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid according to Pro Football Talk, has shared, “That’s a tough one to practice. You almost have to do it live. So I don’t think they’re spending a ton of time on it. I just think they’re good at it. I think their inside three do a pretty good job with it and they’ve grown with it over time. That’s what I see,”

The head coach’s thoughts have come before their head-to-head game with the Philadelphia Eagles. Reid was the Eagles head coach from 1999 to 2012 and he was also their Executive Vice President of Football Operations.

The head coach also gave his thoughts and said that the Eagles are proficient at the “Tush-Push” attack as it involves so much contact that they might not be able to recreate the attack in their practice session during the season. He also further believes that the team knows their play are good at handling it.

Next week, Monday Night Football will see the Philadelphia Eagles face the Kansas City Chiefs.
