The Bears will be desperate to get quarterback Justin Fields back on the park this weekend when they take on the Detroit Lions.
Fields has missed four games after picking up a thumb injury, but practiced last week and could be in line for a call up.
Head coach Matt Eberflus was loathe to make the final call just yet but safety Jaquan Brisker told 670 The Score. “Yeah, yeah, Justin, he looks good.”
“He definitely looks good. So we’re going to see where it goes, but I feel like Justin looks ready to go to me.”
Eberflus wants to see how Fields handles training later today before his decision.
The Bears are fresh off a hard fought 16-13 win over the Panthers and will hope to string a few wins together.
The 3-7 Chicago team will have it all to do against a purring 7-2 Lions outfit.
