The Cleveland Browns managed a last gasp score thanks to a solid outing from quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson, who finished off the game against the Steelers.
The Cleveland team moved to 7-3 in a low scoring 13-10 win.
The Steelers were set to record their seventh win of the campaign, but Thompson-Robinson reeled off four passes for 39 yards to put his team in a winning field goal position.
“I’m already focused on next week. I’m focused on going to Denver,” Thompson-Robinson said.
“But yeah, man, I’m super happy, glad that I can get this one for my teammates and actually go out there, like I said, get the reps at practice, make the mistakes throughout the week. And so that way those mistakes don’t come up on Sunday’ he continued.
“And there were some times where there were plays, I messed up in the week that we got corrected today, and they were huge for us coming down the stretch.”
He only hit 24 from 43 attempts but kept his cool and made the big play with 1:28 remaining on the clock.
The game was defensive and cagey with a host of punts changing hands, but it was Cleveland who won, and will be looking for a playoff run.
