San Francisco 49ers’ star defensive end Nick Bosa’s linkup to Lauren Maenner was confirmed in October when his mother Cheryl took to Instagram to express her affection for her son’s girlfriend.
She posted a snapshot of Maenner with the caption, “I love my son’s girlfriends!”
Fast forward to this past Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field, where the 49ers secured a decisive victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, Lauren Maenner was prominently seen wearing a red “97” jersey, a clear nod to Nick Bosa.

She quipped and wrote, “Haha, this is awkward.”
It didn’t take long for eagle-eyed observers to connect the dots.

Nick’s mom, Cheryl took to Instagram Story to tease her for choosing the 49ers over her beloved Eagles.
“Representing!” she playfully wrote.
