“when all is said and done, I’m good, totally good.” – Thom Brennaman all good after three-year hiatus from Reds for on air slur

Former Cincinnati Reds broadcaster Thom Brennaman is in a good space, following his off-air homophobic comment on air three years ago.

He dropped the bombshell on an off-air remark for FOX Sport Ohio.

“I don’t want anyone to feel sorry for me. I’m the most blessed human being in the world,” Brennaman told OutKick’s Dan Dakich recently. “My wife and I got to do things we’d never get to do.”

He apologized later that game, while calling a Nick Castelanos home run in the same stride.

The comment created more memes than the cat from housewives of Beverly Hills, but he has moved on.

Since the slut he has mostly covered the Puerto Rico league and the odd Cincinnati high school sports games.

“There is no doubt this happened for a reason. I really believe it’s part of a bigger plan. I may not like the timing of the plan, and I try to do my best not to think I’m smarter than God above. At the end of the day, when all is said and done, I’m good, totally good. And been totally blessed through this whole thing.”
