If there’s one thing that NFL fans can’t deny, it’s the sheer talent exhibited by football greats in quarterback history.
Two names stand out prominently in this regard, having posted perfect passer ratings at Lambeau Field – Aaron Rodgers in 2019 against the Raiders and Baker Mayfield in a game against the Packers.
Through exceptional skill and strategic play, these quarterbacks have carved their names into the annals of football history.

In 2019, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers demonstrated phenomenal performance against the Raiders at Lambeau Field.
With a flawless game and skillful throws, Rodgers etched his name in NFL history with a perfect passer rating.
His performance served as a prime example of excellence for future quarterbacks and set the bar high for matches at Lambeau Field.
Fast forward to a recent game against the Packers, where Baker Mayfield emerged as the second quarterback to record a perfect passer rating at Lambeau Field.
Now playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Mayfield played a crucial role in their 34-20 win, scoring 381 yards on 22 of 28 passing and bagging four touchdowns.
With such a performance, he contributed majorly to the highest ever score the Buccaneers posted at Lambeau Field, undoubtedly a historical milestone.
The Buccaneers’ win against the Packers not only solidified their top position in the NFC South but also marked Mayfield’s first perfect passer rating.
It was indeed a perfect comeback after losing a first-quarter fumble and bouncing back to lead the Bucs to four scoring drives in their next five possessions.
Mayfield hadn’t had the most fortunate past at Lambeau Field. In his previous visits with the Cleveland Browns in 2021 and the Los Angeles Rams in 2022, his performance was less than stellar, with five interceptions recorded.
However, this time around, he surprised onlookers with an almost flawless show, contributing significantly to Tampa’s recent triple victory streak.
With three straight wins under their belt, the Buccaneers are now preparing for a showdown with the Saints.
Following this, they will host games against Jacksonville and New Orleans before concluding the season on the road in Carolina.
Before the season began, Mayfield had signed with the Buccaneers on a one-year deal. His goal was clear: to prove that he could be a reliable NFL starting quarterback.
Although the journey was not always smooth, Mayfield’s impact on Tampa Bay in 2024 was evident. Posting a perfect passer rating arguably marked the zenith of Mayfield’s career.
Not only did it break a thirty-year record held by the Green Bay Packers, but it also celebrated Mayfield’s first perfect career passer rating, a feat that will forever be remembered.
If the Buccaneers can maintain their top spot in the NFC South and make it to the playoffs, it will add another feather in Mayfield’s cap, making a solid case for his quarter backing prowess.
