The New England Patriots are having an unfavourable season and currently stand in the season with a nadir score of 3-11. Their most recent loss came at the hands of the Kansas City Chiefs.

They lost to the Chiefs 9-5 as the score reached after the fourth quarter was 17-27. With the given performance of the team, there have been many reports revolving around their current head coach Bill Belichick and his future with the Patriots.

According to Pro Football Talk, the head coach of the Patriots has not given any indication regarding the subject. In an interview on WEEI on Monday, Belichick said that he “have open conversations about it” with the organisation. He further mentions that anything related to the future is under the owner Robert Kraft.

Belichick mentioned, “I think any questions you have for Mr. Kraft, you should ask Mr. Kraft. . . . I mean, I don’t know. I don’t sit around and listen to talk radio and read stuff every day, so. I’m going to do what I do and prepare the team to get ready for Denver.”

Regarding his future with the Patriots, he shared, “Nothing’s changed. I’m going to keep– We’ve got Denver this week and we’ll do all we can to get the team ready to play well against Denver.”

Further mentioning, “Yeah, I’m not getting into the past, the future, anything else. I’m getting ready for Denver this week.”
