Biermann claimed that their lives were ruined due to Kim’s alleged involvement with other men, expressing frustration over financial troubles and their impending divorce.
In response, Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum, Kim Zolciak has now boldly denied the infidelity allegations in an interview with Celebuzz.
She stated that Kroy’s comments in the bodycam footage were untrue and that she has been faithful throughout their 12-year marriage.
Kim called the allegations false, baseless, and slanderous, emphasizing that she would not stay silent when her character is being targeted.
She also mentioned that any further allegations in the press would be addressed by her legal team at an appropriate time.
“The comments made in the body cam footage from Kroy, who is obviously enraged, are untrue. I vehemently deny any allegation that I have been unfaithful to Kroy at any point in our 12-year marriage, said Kim.
She added, “Any claim to the contrary is downright false, baseless, and slanderous. I tried not to respond to these allegations, but I am at a breaking point, and I will not stay silent when my character is being targeted.”
Following the incident on November 20, police spoke with the couple’s children at the scene. One child claimed that the argument between Kim and Kroy included yelling and the possibility of physical harm, while the other children insisted that the argument remained verbal.
The couple’s relationship has been tumultuous, with Kroy filing for divorce twice and seeking sole custody of their four minor children.
Interestingly, despite the challenges, Kim and Kroy celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary on November 11.
