Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Jordan Phillips won"t be able to contribute to the team"s playoff push in the coming weeks due to a dislocated wrist that required surgery. However, Phillips remains hopeful that he can make a return if the Bills secure a spot in the postseason.

On Monday, Phillips underwent surgery for his dislocated wrist, a setback that will sideline him for the immediate future. Despite this, the defensive tackle expressed optimism about rejoining the team for playoff action if the Bills advance.

Phillips has been a consistent presence for the Bills, playing in every game and starting the last nine. Throughout the season, he has contributed significantly with 15 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and five passes defensed.

In the meantime, the Bills have taken steps to reinforce their defensive line by designating DaQuan Jones for return from injured reserve. Alongside Jones, the team has key players like Ed Oliver, Poona Ford, Tim Settle, and Linval Joseph anchoring the interior of the defensive line.
